TL Consulting carried out a test automation assessment to understand the current technical stack (React Native) and gathered the automation requirements to design the best-fit automation suite.
TL defined and implemented a test automation roadmap & strategy with a requirement to integrate with Azure pipelines to automate the build & test pipelines, aligning to DevOps best practices.
Faster feedback cycles to developers for any functional issues, cutting regression efforts down from 3 days to 45 minutes. This also led to faster releases deployed to production which was cut down from 4 weeks to a single fortnightly sprint.
