We now have an opportunity for a Technical Analyst( with Data Analysis background) to join our growing Professional Services team. This role requires someone that is willing to go above and beyond and embrace the challenge to take our organisation into the next chapter of our evolution. You will be exposed to some of the most cutting-edge technologies and work on building state-of-the-art solutions and working with TL Consulting and partners.


Mandatory skills:

3 to 5 years’ experience working as a Technical Analyst on data and quality engineering projects.
Top notch communication skills with experience in consulting who can coordinate on projects and can deliver team and customer outcomes.
Strong technical documentation experience
Must have worked in a service delivery environment, product delivery will also be considered.
Has worked across different types of projects from both Data and QA perspective across Application and data. If the potential candidate had the added bonus of infrastructure experience this would be seen as favourable – (Nice to have.)
SDLC experience working in an agile and waterfall delivery with focus on areas such as requirements gathering, analysis and initial discovery, with exposure to design, development/engineering or testing desirable.
Experience in defining and documenting requirements with complex workflow systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Siebel, Banking Systems, SAP etc
Experience in presenting to key Clients and co-ordinating workshops.
Worked with multiple teams and general stakeholder management.
Having Vendor management experience would be seen favourably.
Intermediate SQL skills along with general database knowledge both (relational) and non relational.
Has experience working in various cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information Technology.

Desirable skills:

Background in business/data analysis.
Any exposure to business processes, business intelligence, data warehousing or data migration projects.
Experience with functional testing (basic)
