We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead our AI experiments and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an expert in large language models (LLMs), data science (DS), and machine learning (ML), and will play a pivotal role in advancing our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI research and development projects, focusing on the implementation and optimization of large language models, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing and new software products.
Design and conduct experiments to validate models and algorithms, ensuring their efficacy and efficiency in real-world applications.
Develop and maintain a robust AI development framework, including data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, LLM, DS, and ML, and assess their applicability to our organizational goals.
Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Present findings and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of ye3 to 5 years of experience in AI research and development, with a strong emphasis on large language models, machine learning, and data science.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Demonstrated experience in leading AI projects from concept to deployment, with a track record of successful implementation in a software engineering context.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of mentoring team members and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with big data technologies is a plus.
